Eric Wang, the operator with whom I conducted the negotiation, proved to be incompetent from the start, as he was unclear about how sea shipping to Italy worked. He claimed that I would have to pick up the package in Rome, approximately 508 kilometers away from Caltanissetta. Later, I was told that the product showcased was no longer available, and he tried in every way to steer me towards purchasing a different product. In conclusion, as can also be demonstrated in our conversation, the product does not meet the specifications we agreed upon. Moreover, he failed to notify me about the additional customs tax I would have to pay upon delivery. I will file a complaint and seek a refund, hoping that Alibaba is a reliable company.

Communication could’ve been better. I dealt with four different suppliers at the same time as this one and there was some deficiencies in comparison. I understand that getting the product out of the door may take a bit long sometimes, but for a couple units I would’ve expected the lead time to be better that almost 20 days. As mentioned it would be good for the sales reps to regularly provide updates on the order, instead I had to constantly ask for updates, and the responses took a while to come back. The product is good but the experience could’ve been better. Please take this as constructive criticism.
